Our family have frequented this restaurant for nearly thirty years. It has always been a great price and good value for money. The ownership has changed hands a number of times, and there have been minor changes to the Buffett menu. But the food has always been of a consistently high standard. The old style &quot;sweet &amp; sour pork&quot;, &quot;Fried rice&quot;, &quot;honey chicken&quot;, &quot;chicken chow mien&quot;, &quot;beef in black bean sauce&quot; and &quot;Mongolian beef&quot; to name a few. Are always on the menu and great value for the price. They have even put French fries in the Buffett to keep the young ( &amp; not so young) kids happy We have NEVER had the bad experiences over thirty years and will continue to come back.

The chicken schnitzels were delicious, as usual. Only small negative was the topper didn&#39;t cover whole schnitzel but I did have some sauce in a pot on the side to use.

Great local restaurant serving excellent European cuisine. Restaurant got very busy which is always a great sign. Would highly recommend

The photos on this review (someone else) are not the Thai Emerald. I get my hair cut regularly and my hairdresser is right next door. Every 4 weeks I have a late appointment at my hairdresser I meet my husband for dinner at Thai Emerald. I have b&egrave;en going to this restaurant for over 10yrs and even though I&#39;ve moved suburbs I&#39;ve haven&#39;t stop going to Thai Emerald. Only 1 other restaurant has been so good. Very good servings and they have a good selection of dishes. They also have a thriving takeaway business so phone ahead. If your in the area and love Thai then this is a must.
